Alanna Contador is currently a first-year Journalism student at UNINTER and a Media Speech Analysis specialist at Unyleya University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Literature and Linguistics from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2014. Alanna has 11 years of experience teaching English to children, teenagers, and adults in Brazil. She currently participates in a student-run university extension project, Uninter Informa, that researches innovation in Journalism courses in Brazil and Portugal. Alanna has explored the cultures and histories of the 14 countries she’s visited. Her goal is to leverage knowledge acquired during her years of teaching and studying in a new career as a journalist. In addition to Portuguese, Alanna speaks fluent Spanish and intermediate French.
