She earned her undergraduate degree in Literature and Linguistics from the University of S\u00c3\u00a3o Paulo (USP) in 2014. Alanna has 11 years of experience teaching English to children, teenagers, and adults in Brazil. She currently participates in a student-run university extension project, Uninter Informa, that researches innovation in Journalism courses in Brazil and Portugal. Alanna has explored the cultures and histories of the 14 countries she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s visited. Her goal is to leverage knowledge acquired during her years of teaching and studying in a new career as a journalist.
